Terms and Conditions — Sonix IPTV

1. Definitions

"Service" means the Sonix IPTV streaming subscription providing access to live TV channels, Video-on-Demand (VOD), Electronic Programme Guide (EPG), and catch-up TV features. "You" means the customer or user. "We", "us", "our" means Sonix IPTV. "Content" means all channels, series, movies, and programme information accessible through the Service.

2. Service Description

Sonix IPTV provides access to 60,000+ live channels, 140,000+ TV series, 280,000+ on-demand movies, and comprehensive EPG data via internet streaming. The Service requires a stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps for HD, 25 Mbps for 4K). We do not provide internet service, hardware, or VPN services. Channel availability may change without notice due to broadcaster licensing agreements or regional restrictions. We maintain backup streams for all major channels to ensure minimal disruption.

3. Account & Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older to purchase a subscription.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials (M3U URL, Xtream Codes, MAC address, username, password) confidential and secure.
• One subscription permits use on the number of devices specified in your chosen plan (1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 simultaneous connections).
• Sharing login credentials beyond your purchased device limit is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• We reserve the right to verify your identity and location to prevent fraud and ensure compliance with regional licensing restrictions.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• All plans are prepaid for the selected duration: 1, 3, 6, or 12 months.
• Prices are in GBP (£), USD ($), or EUR (€) depending on your location and include applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe and PayPal. We do not store your card details on our servers.
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew. Your service will expire at the end of the purchased period. You will receive reminder notifications 7 days and 1 day before your subscription expires.
• We offer a free 24-hour trial with no payment required. No credit card information is needed for the trial.
• Reseller credits are available for business partners and are subject to separate terms.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Resell, restream, or rebroadcast our Service or any content obtained through our Service to third parties.
• Use VPNs or proxy services to abuse server locations, bypass geographical restrictions, or exceed connection limits.
• Share your account publicly, on forums, or with individuals outside your household beyond your purchased connection limit.
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or overload our servers, infrastructure, or software.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our Service.
• Record, download, or archive content for redistribution or commercial use.

6. Service Availability & Uptime

We guarantee 99.9% server uptime for all subscribers across our multiple server locations (UK, EU, and US). We are not responsible for downtime caused by:

• Your Internet Service Provider (ISP) or network issues
• Your device, hardware, or local network configuration
• Third-party broadcasters or content providers
• Government restrictions or regulatory changes
• Extreme weather or natural disasters affecting infrastructure

We provide 24/7 technical support via WhatsApp and Telegram to resolve any issues you encounter. Our Anti-Buffer technology and redundant server infrastructure ensure a premium viewing experience with minimal buffering.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the instant digital nature of our IPTV service, all sales are final after your account has been activated and your credentials have been delivered via email, WhatsApp, or Telegram.

We offer a free 24-hour trial so you can test compatibility with your devices and internet connection before making a purchase. This trial period is the opportunity to evaluate the Service risk-free with full access to our 60,000+ channels and 280,000+ movies.

Refunds are issued only in the following circumstances:

• Our servers are completely unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours and we cannot provide an alternative solution.
• You were charged twice for the same order or subscription.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, brand assets, and software belong exclusively to Sonix IPTV. The "Sonix IPTV" name, logo, and associated trademarks are our registered intellectual property. The channel content accessible through our Service is provided via licensed content aggregators and remains the intellectual property of the respective broadcasters and rights holders.

You are granted a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable license to access and view the content through our Service for your own entertainment purposes only. Any commercial use, redistribution, or public exhibition of the content is strictly prohibited.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not own the broadcasted channels. We are an IPTV access provider only and do not guarantee the availability of any specific channel, programme, or content at any time. Channel lineups are subject to change based on broadcaster agreements.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of IPTV services is legal in your country or jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to verify the legality of IPTV streaming in your location before subscribing. Laws vary by country, and we recommend researching local regulations. Sonix IPTV complies with UK and EU copyright laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Sonix IPTV, its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, revenue, or profits
• Service interruptions caused by third-party factors
• Content changes or channel removals by broadcasters
• Device compatibility issues not identified during the free trial

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the total amount you paid for your current subscription period.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions
• Non-payment or payment disputes
• Abuse of our Service, staff, or support team
• Fraudulent activity or chargeback initiation
• Sharing login credentials beyond your purchased connection limit
• Excessive bandwidth usage that negatively impacts other subscribers

Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease immediately, and no refund will be issued for any remaining subscription time.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available at sonixiptv.com/terms-and-conditions/. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email or WhatsApp.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, England. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
